Spend a cozy fall morning with us as we go through our daily morning routine. It's November and we are still basking in all the fall vibes at this time of year. We are in Tennessee and will be spending the holidays here with some of our family. Our goal is to live a peaceful life, not only by being outdoors and enjoying nature, but also by being intentional about our mind set and inner life.
