How to turn on COMMENTS on YouTube on iPad - Updated

In this tutorial, I will be showing you'll how to turn on YouTube comments if your comments are turned off on iPhone or iPad in 2021. This is an updated video because a lot of viewers/subscribers were saying that the previous tutorial didn't help them... Hope this one helps :)
