Control of LED chaser with IR transmitter and receiver, Making Sparkle LED using 4017 IC and IR LEDs

In this video, the design of an LED chaser circuit is taught using IC 4017 and infrared LEDs. The operation of the circuit is that when the hand or any other object approaches the infrared LEDs, a clock is sent to the IC 4017 and a series of LEDs are lit.

LED: 18 pcs
BC547 npn transistor: 4 pcs
IR transmitter: 1pc
IR receiver: 1 pc
10 KΩ resistor: 2 pc
1kΩ resistor: 1 pc
27 kΩ resistor: 1 pc
270 Ω resistor: 1 pc
22 Ω resistor: 3 pcs
1.5 kΩ resistor: 1 pc
Copper wire size 2: 0.5 meter
