Superman 2 ( Superman II) fan edit: Depowering Scene with Both Parents.

Containing many new, altered and retimed shots, here's my version of the depowering scene with both Jor-El and Lara. Lots of colour grading was needed to try and get the 2 versions to match up, it'll never be perfect since they're both so different in look, but I think it works OK. The audio is still temp and needs work. I removed the surround channels from the Donner Cut and added over the hum present in the fortress scenes of the theatrical cut. So there is now a consistent ambient noise between the footage, but the vocals from the Donner Cut need some echo adding to match the voiced in the theatrical version.

I would definitely make some different choices if there was more footage but a lot of the cuts here are dictated by how many frames you have to work with. Lots of Lara's dialogue is said off camera, and there are only so many shots of her in the viewer, so I had to cut around that.
