1. The gateway needs to be close to the lock, router and the phone.
2. Open the TT Lock app, click upper left corner, choose ‘Gateway’ -- click ‘+’--choose G2(Wi-Fi)--plug the gateway--click next when the light flash alternately (red and blue) -- choose the Wi-Fi and enter the Wi-Fi password.
3. The gateway does not support 5G network, and the 5G network needs to be temporarily closed.
4. Check whether the gateway indicator is in normal connection status (not connected-red and blue lights flashing alternately, connected-blue lights flashing). If the blue light is on but the lock is not connected, you can unplug the gateway and reconnect it.
5. Mobile phone and gateway should use the same Wi-Fi when connecting.
6. You need to turn on the remote unlock function on the app before you use it: Settings--Remote Unlock--Turn On.
