DIPRO 1 SPV (EN) - DIMOS

This profiling machine allows to make several trays in a row at a predefined length.

1- Manual: Open cover, pulse operation
2- Automatic with length setting: Automatic stop of the programmed length
3- Automatic with continuous operation: The operator manages the start and stop. General key switch.

The 2 input wheels of the machine are equipped with brakes to avoid the risk of moving the machine during work or transport. The 1st axis can be disengaged to finish a bin after the width cut. The profiling system is mounted with springs that allow automatic adjustment of the rollers according to the sheet thickness. Allows the roll former to be connected to the roll former in its axis. Designed to produce accurate and neat profiles. Additional equipment is available to optimise its performance.
