This is a quick routine you can do to feel better after traveling. You can do these stretches.

Fatigue is something we all experience, whether it’s mental or physical. How you move when you’re tired can either refresh you or make you feel worse. Yoga can be both relaxing and energizing, especially because of its focus on breath. Each movement is paired with a breath cue, keeping your breath long and smooth, which helps keep your heart rate steady and leaves you feeling refreshed.

Let’s start today’s yoga for relieving fatigue. Begin on your knees in a tabletop position. Start with a few rounds of cat and cow stretches, followed by child’s pose. Do this for 6 to 12 rounds to help calm and energize yourself. Finish your practice with brahmari (humming bee breath) for a calming, introspective effect.

I hope you enjoyed today’s session. See you in the next episode of yoga. Thank you!
