Volunteer Firefighter Incident Turnout

Ever wondered what actually happens when your volunteers are called out to an incident??

Well thanks to our Training Officer and the Brigade's B Shift, we've collated some footage of some of the things that goes on behind the scenes when we are alerted to a call.

As you can see, it is critical for you as the public to dial 000 as soon as possible, as it takes time for us to respond. NEVER assume someone else has called and the information you can pass on may differ to another caller. It helps the responding crew build a good understanding of what they may face.

As volunteer firefighters, we do what we can, when we can, where we can, to the very best of our ability.
