The missing link and the key middleman in the VVIP Chopper scam case, Christian Mitchel spoken exclusively to India Today and denied any plans of turning an approver in the probe. Mitchel was reacting to reports quoting his lawyer who reportedly said that Mitchel is willing to come to India and testify and turn an approver in the AgustaWestland probe. He said that he is ready to submit crucial documents and proof through the Indian embassy. Mitchel also denied meeting Gandhi family members and claimed that he will soon hire an Indian lawyer and move India courts. Agusta middleman said that he had sued Guido Haschke. Meanwhile there has been a raging battle between the congress and the BJP in the Parliament over the alleged Kick bags in the AgustaWestland case.

Congress has responded with strongly worded statement claiming that kanishka Singh or any member of his family never had any equity stake in Emaar MGF.
