Wacom Digital Imaging Competition "Retouching Indonesia" Speed Art by Herry Sucahya

This is the speed art of my entry for Wacom Indonesia Digital Imaging Competition 2021 themed "Retouching Indonesia". I took the idea from the fishing village as I think it is one of typical villages of Indonesia. Which is no surprise since Indonesia islands are thousands and scattered across the ocean. I also add fantasy element as the background which I also use it to put some Indonesia's iconic tourism objects such as Prambanan Temple, Labuan Bajo, Tanah Lot Temple, some traditional boat of Indonesia.

I mainly use Photoshop from start to finish, and a little use of Adobe Fuse for creating the main character in the artwork, and also Cinema4D for 3D rendering of the character. The whole process took around 9 hours in one day creation.

I didn't really expect for the prize, but the judges choose this artwork as the second winner. I got Wacom One at the end for the prize.
