Hello spar bar users change the original pad from the spar bar DON'T THROW IT WAY!! just in case it's to fast or you don't like it.

BE CAREFUL !! it hurts more then the original pad , this pad I put on its lighter and makes it go round faster.


P.S please check my channel got D.I.Y fight, gym ,equipment ,easy workouts but effective ,will be posting my workout routine that people missing out on plus never been done before also it's easy& super effective plus some workouts i picked n mixed from other world champion fighter and weight trainers .
