Ingredients ___

For spice paste :

Oil - 1/2 cup
Onion - 2 medium sized ( roughly chopped )
Soaked cashews - 8-10
Green chillies - 7-8

Fry these ingredients until translucent then grind into fine paste with some water or milk.

Second process, cooking :
Note down or take screenshot of these ingredients.

Chicken - 600 gm
Oil - 1/2 cup
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon - small piece
Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 2
Salt to taste
Coriander powder - 2 Tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 Tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/3 Tbsp
Curd - 1/2 bowl
Fresh cream - 100 ml
Milk - 1/2 bowl
Butter as much needed
Kasuri methi little bit for flavour.


Garnish with ginger juliance, green chillies & coriander leaves.
