NVIDIA have released a new app update 10.0.3 which adds in RTX HDR support for multiple monitors.
Also allows the user to control peak brightness levels going off the windows HDR callibration app profile.

NOTE: it does require driver version 565.90
(10.0.2 did add in the RTX video tab, however it seemed to still be reading EDID peak brightness until 10.0.3)
