We're teaching and demonstrating a defense against Nelson, full nelson from the rear, using a throw.

He pulled, he grabbed and pushed. All I'm going to do is I'm going to grab, get low, lock him in place, put my head down and my butt up. Let's do it a couple of times slow. Remember, he's going to grab you and you're going to get the push with your foot.
