I believe it's taken me more than a year to complete this video, and I am quite satisfied with it. This video shows the young baroness, after the Crown Prince has made it clear that in fact, he does not love her. It is a shock for the seventeen year old, who was, and still is, passionately in love with him.

You can see this song as a final message of love to Rudolf -- although she tries to forget him, to push him away, he keeps coming closer to her, and the bond that ties them together grows stronger and stronger.. At least from her point of view. She tries every possible way to let him go, but is reminded by his presence over and over again. His actual presence, but also his precense in her mind and heart.

She is convinced that she can only let him go, once she dies. She tells herself over and over again that she does not want him, but in the end, she is the only one she has been fooling around all along -- she cannot live without him. Without him, life is pointless. Empty. So why living life, why prolonging it, when the reason for your existence is no longer there?

That is the battle she fights, until the climax at the end.
I hope you enjoy this -- it was fun to make, and though I am not 100% satisfied with it, this is the best I could.
