The Xprimes.trade domain was registered just a few months ago
Despite pretending to be a “major exchange,” the site is:
a disposable domain in the cheap .trade zone
created on August 11, 2025
hosted via Cloudflare to hide the real server location
Any real crypto exchange — Binance, Kraken, Bybit, OKX — has years of history, massive infrastructure costs, and a complex legal structure.
Xprimes.trade has existed for less than a year and shows no signs of legitimacy.

No company registration or licenses
The website does not provide:
the name of the owning company
a registration number
references to regulatory authorities
a public Terms of Service defining the platform’s obligations
This is a key sign of scam platforms. Any legitimate crypto exchange lists regulators such as:
FinCEN (USA)
MAS (Singapore)
FSC (BVI)
CySEC (Cyprus)
FCA (UK)

Xprimes.trade is a fully anonymous website with no legal right to conduct financial operations.

Fake address in Dubai
Stated address:
84 Marchmont Street, Dubai, UAE
Problems:
Marchmont Street is in London, not Dubai
No such address exists in Dubai
The address format does not match UAE standards
This is a classic scam tactic: listing expensive, prestigious locations that are hard to verify quickly.

Fake image of a crypto exchange
Xprimes.trade claims:
“Professional-grade cryptocurrency exchange with manual and automated strategies”
But the site has no:
real trading engine
order book
API
liquidity providers
on-chain exchange addresses
proof-of-reserves reports
In other words, nothing that actually makes an exchange an exchange.
It’s just a polished landing page and a fake “user dashboard.”

Scammers’ strategy: funds are sent to external wallets
How such projects operate:
The user deposits funds (USDT/TRC20, BTC, ETH).
The “exchange” displays a fake balance.
At some point, “profits” increase and the victim is persuaded to deposit more.
When attempting to withdraw:
a “tax” is demanded,
they ask to “top up the wallet to unlock withdrawals,”
the account gets blocked,
support chat disappears.

A major red flag: hidden phone number
The site lists the phone number as:
+971 XX XXXX XXXX
There is no actual number — just a mask.
A legitimate company cannot use “X” instead of digits.
This is purely for the illusion of international presence.

no licenses

This is one criminal group launching dozens of sites every month.
