What is Connecticut's 'Move Over Law'?

It's law in Connecticut to move over for any stationary vehicle that's on the side of the road, including state police, any emergency responders, and tow truck drivers.
FOX61 spoke with Gary Macnamara, retired chief of police at the Fairfield Police Department on the importance of this law, especially in the wake of the fatal hit-and-run crash on I-84 Thursday that killed Trooper Aaron Pelletier.
