It's 4 bedroom and 2 and half bath. It located on a 500 sqm lot with adjacent pool and pool house. The house features concrete furniture and concrete table. The kitchen is furnished with Granite counters and aluminium composite cabinets.

The first floor of house is concrete polished flooring while the 2nd floor is ceramic tile laid in a diagonal pattern. The house is completely aluminium furnished and no wood.


The construction material is Stärken AAC(Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) which provides substantial energy efficiency. Earthquake resistance and sound proofing not to mention a fire rating of 8 hours.

The exterior walls feature 6 inch AAC while the interior walls are 4 inch.

The house is complete with upgraded electrical which means the system is grounded. The panel is also upgraded with bus bars for neutral and grounding.
