In today’s video I go over some of my thoughts about my current situation with buying and selling sports cards as a sole income source. I go over my mindset after officially selling 10,000+ sports cards on the Whatnot live-selling platform and what potential next steps I’m going to take in the advancement and betterment of my endeavors of being a sports card vendor / dealer full time. Sometimes I think if I had a bigger bank roll I would easily be able to do a lot of things that I’m currently just not able to easily do, but I think the big thing for me to realize is that not having such a big bankroll and dollar amount to work with is one of the biggest reasons that I have actually learned all of the skills and knowledge that I have. It’s one of those things, sure I could be able to actually do a lot more and sure I would be able to have those super higher dollar cards and do the things that some YouTubers and influencers or people with a lot of money do with the higher dollar sports cards, but for me it’s truly just a spectacle of amazement that I’m actually able to build my inventory, build my collection, build my overall sports card journey while starting with the lower dollar sports cards. There’s a lot of different endeavors and avenues I can go with sports cards and I don’t think I would change a single thing I’ve done with my sports cards journey. It’s one of those things that sure I might’ve sold some cards at the wrong time, but it’s all just a learning experience about how not to let and allow that to happen in the future with a lot of the other cards you might acquire. Sometimes you might never be able to fully know what or when you should sell cards also, it’s all just a guessing game with some luck and skill involved.
