1/2 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire

1 breast of chicken
3 eggs scrambled + 1 tbsp water + 1 tsp of SpicyR shake (or your favorite rub)
Place chicken strips into this mixture
1 cup all purpose flour + 1/2 tbsp SpicyR shake
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
