Active Schools East Lothian

Active Schools East Lothian look to promote and support healthier lives through sport and physical activity. They offer extra curricular sport free of charge for all children and young people within East Lothian.

This video specifically focuses on Mussleburgh Grammar and the volleyball activity that occurs at the school. The activity provides a safe space for children who have any disabilities, additional support needs or just a change in circumstances.

Along with the health benefits that from getting active, the children and young people who attend can learn valuable life skills, such as communication and team work.
