Continuing my exploration of lightweight amps, this time I'm giving the Friedman Runt 20 a try. As the name implies, this is a 20 watt tube head, with some very appealing features. I talk about the quality of both the build and the sound, and discuss the pros and cons for my personal use. I demo the sounds both with and without a backing track, and with different guitars, including my Strat with Fralins, my PRS with Seymour Duncan Pickups, and my 150th Anniversary Epiphone Sheraton with Gibson Mini-humbuckers.
