I recently tried using ghs flatwound strings, and it's great that I can play with power and punch, but the 4th string (E string) sounds duller than necessary... T.T
Even though I raised the trouble band considerably in the effector (EQ, preamplifier), the dullness was not resolved, making it difficult to play clearly and clearly.

It is also a flatwound characteristic, but for better sound
We are planning to replace it with thomastik infeld jf344 nickel flat wound soon, so you can look forward to it.^^

Also, I purchased the Fender Heritage Precision Bass after looking at the specs (elder body, rosewood fingerboard, lacquer finish, spiral bridge, etc.), but the sound and playability are better than I expected.

In the meantime, I have been purchasing the Fender USA 62' Vintage Reissue Precision and
I also tried Mexican 50s Classic Precision.
The Heritage 60s Precision Base made in Japan that I purchased this time is
It has the best sound among these three bases and has a vintage sound and resonance through the lacquer finish.
The finishing was also the best as rumored. (The neck flat job, neck joint finish, etc. are the most perfect.)

In Korea, there are no new products in stock, so through a purchasing agency,
I purchased it overseas (Japan), and I am happy because I got a really good bass guitar at a reasonable price. ^^

If you are worried about purchasing a new American Fender due to rising prices these days, I highly recommend trying the Heritage 60s.

You will never regret it. ^^
