Media bias has always been around. Whether you lean to the right side of the spectrum, or the left, while this phenomenon has always been the case, there was also an effort to stay as close to the reported truth as possible.
Times have changed where general Mainstream Media (MSM) reporting, has gone "off-kilter", and now you have the news media purposefully not reporting relevant news (unless it become to big to ignore), blatantly slanting the news without any regard for objectivity, or injecting/generating news, that serves no purpose other than driving the agenda of the activist, the government and/or whatever foreign influence that might be in play.
The current trend of the day is reporting the news through a Social Justice Wokeness (SJW) lens (with climate change included in the mix as well). Virtually all news makes some reference to racism, trans-gendered issues, climate change, perceived hatred & ignorance, and so on. Its not to say that these issues hasn't existed before the turning of the millennium, but these aforementioned issues have either been artificially inseminated and amplified into news, TV shows, movies & entertainment and so on.
In this interview, Aaron Wudrick attempts in summary, to quantify what has been going on in the media- and to alleviate any concerns, your passive recognition of this ever-rising trend, that its not a figment of your imagination.
