Alasande kayi palya/ beans sabzi/ lobia recipe/ karamani poriyal/ black eyed pea sabzi. Healthy and tasty quick sabzi or stir fry as side dish for dinner or with roti in 10 minutes. It uses only 1tbsp oil recipe. Easy instant and healthy recipe for toddlers, old ages and all. No onion no garlic recipe.
Ingredients Required:
1. Long green beans/ Alsande kayi/ Lobia ki phalli --2 bunch/ 2.5 cups
2. Salt --1/4 tbsp (according to taste)
3. Red chillies --3-4 (to spice level)
4. Mustard seeds/ Sasive --1tbsp
5. Urad dal/ split black gram --1tbsp
6. Coconut grated (fresh/ dry) --2tbsp
7. Any Oil --1tbsp (coconut oil gives good flavour)
