Locoman Sounds GWR King - Punchy DCC Sound

I recently installed a Locoman Sounds decoder for a customer in their older Hornby King 4-6-0 and was impressed by the sound, but wanted to up the game by using the Tang Band 1925S speaker, which is equivalent to a mega bass or Earth Mover type speaker, but with a good top end as well as a punchy bass sound. I am very impressed by how this turned out and it would have to be the most punchy sounding DCC loco I have fitted.


This is just a short video to show some of the qualities of this decoder file when matched with a top notch speaker. I've also done an installation video which will be posted soon.


And before anyone says it is unprototypical to see one of these on the GNR, a GWR King class worked through Wakefield Westgate on the loco exchanges in 1948, but the coaches wouldn't have been in BR late maroon though. At least they are mostly GWR Collett coaches!
