This is an explanation in text form: If you are wondering how to do the duplication glitch, it is somewhat difficult to explain without showing, but I’ll try.
You want to get your weapon of choice, a ray gun, or an M16A2, and Pack a Punch it. After that, you want to let Scream/Ghostface take your weapon, and then you want to kill him in a safe place you can get to. He’ll drop the weapon. You then get another of the same weapon, Pack a Punch it, and repeat, until you have as many on the floor as you need. Then you pick them all up at once, and you have duplicate weapons. Note: Refilling ammo with the Mystery Box or by going to the weapons spawn will only reload one of the weapons. Max ammo will reload all of the weapons.

80: 6-8 Ray guns
100/100+: 10 or more ray guns
