In the last phase before final mass production, we will check that we can manufacture the products using the processes and equipment used in mass-production, testing that the products reach our quality standard and that production can be ramped up.
Any parts found to have issues can be tested further and used for debugging and problem-solving at this stage so during mass-production they don't result in large numbers of defective products.

If PVT has a 90-95% first-time yield rate, you can expect to get to 99% with continuous production in between 1-4 months dependent on product complexity, how carefully the product was developed, and how diligently the NPI process was followed.
