Welcome to a brand new series here on the channel vs. someone brand new to our channel. Welcome to the FireRed LeafGreen Randomizer Versus, vs. Blazing Torchic. We have been talking about this for a few weeks and are so pumped to be bringing you guys this versus! Trust me our hype for this series did not fall flat, there is so much hype and competition so far in this series that it’s amazing. In case you don’t know what a versus is, its essentially a regular randomizer nuzlocke, however we are racing each other to beat the champion! I hope you enjoy the series, and as always, #StaySalti

Nuzlocke Rules:


Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead, and must be released or put in the Pokémon Storage System permanently.


The player may only catch the first Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances. If the first encounter in the area is a Double Battle in dark grass, the player may choose which of the two Pokémon they would like to catch. If there's a static encounter in the area, the player is allowed to capture them despite already capturing a Pokémon in that area. Shiny Pokémon also do not apply to this rule.


The player must also nickname all of their Pokémon, for the sake of forming stronger emotional bonds.


A black out/white out is considered to be "game over", even if there are Pokémon left in the PC.


Dupes Clause: If the player’s first encounter is something they have already caught, they may reencounter.


Shiny Clause: If the player encounters a shiny Pokemon, they are allowed to catch it and use it in their playthrough.
