This is Richard Guerrero and he was Jeffrey Dahmer’s fourth victim. Guerrero was born on December 12th, 1965 and was 22 years old when he was brutally murdered. He was the only victim of the 17 victims, that was of Hispanic descent. He met Dahmer outside a bar called, The Phoenix, in Milwaukee on March 24th 1988. According to the “Charley Project dot org”, the night that Guerrero dissappeared, he was on his way to his friend’s house, but never made it there. The night that he went missing, he only had $3 on him and was not carrying any type of identification. This may be the reason why Dahmer was able to deceive him with the false promise of money.
