The Barberton Community Policing Forum in Mpumalanga is crying foul over the lack of prosecution of alleged drug dealers in the area. Members of the CPF say the National Prosecuting Authority is failing to enrol numerous drug-related cases in the area. In a recent case, a foreign national was arrested with drugs by the CPF, and that case too, was not enrolled. CPF members say this is discouraging in the fight against drug peddling and drug abuse.
