Tool compensation, hand-guiding, and polishing/grinding of small aluminum pieces was achieved, using the unique sensor's 12 DoF signal feedback.
No specific contour for the polishing was programmed, but just in which (world frame) boundaries the robot should move. The feedback control was setup in TwinCAT.

This 6-Axis force torque sensor is designed for force and position control. It is the easiest sensor to integrate with robotic systems and can perform high precision assembly, polishing, product testing, and safe interaction.
