100kg raw materials, 3kg binder, 7kg water, the briquettes production is 95kg which means binder dosage about 3%, water dosage about 7%, forming rate about 95%.
Our binder is designed to replace the bentonite, cement, sodium silicate, or molasses and lime, help to increase the briquette strength and improve the briquette grade, briquettes will be fed to converter furnace and electric arc furnace, we have already recived a high reputation from clients!


Binder features:
1. Mainly consist of corn starch.
2. Completely replace the bentonite, lime, sodium silicate, molasses and lime.(Our binder doesn't contain phosphorus,sulfur and doesn't produce phosphorus,sulfur )
3. Strong bonding performance. (wet strength: 1.5m drop integrity; cold compressive strength: up to 250kg)
4. High durability and forming rate. (95% forming rate)
5. Less dosage and cost effective. ( usually 3-5% )
6. Easy to store and ship and it doesn’t affect the steel making process.
