Foil Chicken Kabab
Juicy chicken mince mixed with onions, green chilies, eggs, spices, and cheese — shaped into kababs and wrapped like toffees in foil. Dry roasted and pan-cooked for a perfect smoky bite.

Ingredients:

Minced chicken – 250g

Boiled egg (shredded) – 1

Minced onion – 2

Minced green chilies – 3–4

Chopped coriander – some

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Chili flakes – 1 tsp

Paprika – ½ tsp

Cumin powder – 1 tsp

Seekh kabab masala – 1 tbsp

Salt – 1 tsp or to taste

Chaat masala – ½ tsp

Cheese slices – as required

Aluminum foil – as required

Method:
Chop all ingredients finely or blend in a chopper. Shape into kabab logs with a piece of cheese in the center. Wrap in foil like toffees. Dry roast in a pan for 7–10 mins, then add oil and cook for another 5–10 mins on medium heat. Serve hot.

🥗 Potato & Red Bean Salad
A protein-packed summer salad made with baby potatoes, red beans, crunchy green beans, tomatoes, and a tangy chili garlic dressing.

Ingredients:

Baby potatoes – 1 kg

Baby tomatoes – 12

Red beans (canned) – 1

Chopped green chilies – 2–3

Mint leaves – 8–10

Olive oil – 2 tbsp

Chili garlic sauce – 3 tbsp

Ketchup – 2 tbsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Roasted ground cumin – 1 tbsp

Vinegar – 1 tbsp

Sliced onions – 1

Boiled green beans – 10–12

Method:
Boil and peel potatoes. Wash and prep other veggies. In a bowl, mix all with the sauces and seasonings. Toss well and garnish with mint, chilies, and baby tomatoes.

🥤 Citrus Mint Cooler
A digestive-friendly and refreshing drink made with mint, lemon juice, and black salt — perfect for cooling down post-meals.

Ingredients:

Fresh mint leaves – 2 cups

Lemon juice – ½ cup

Caster sugar – ½ cup

Salt – ¼ tsp

Black salt – ½ tsp

Method:
Blend everything together until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint, ice cubes, and black salt. Serve chilled.
