How Ronda Tricked Her Husband into Saving Kids | The Way I Heard It with Mike Rowe

Not everyone on my Facebook show, Returning the Favor, was committed to the truth. In fact, some of the most empathetic honorees on that show were capable of profound manipulation and wanton deception. Consider the case of Ronda Paulson, one of the kindest women I’ve ever met and the founder of Isaiah 1:17 House.

Rhonda’s efforts to improve the lives of kids trapped in the foster care system are unrivaled, and her impact on that broken system is unmatched. So too is the remarkable way thousands of people stepped up to mirror her efforts after seeing her on Returning the Favor. But none of that would have happened if she hadn't hoodwinked her poor husband into following her on this mission. That was truly impressive.
