Police ROAD RAGE off-duty follows me home, FELONY TRESPASS, Cops release un-cited

Karen Off Duty Police Road Rages because I drove around him while he was pulled over, completely stopped on the Battlefield Park, out of state lost with his nose in his phone GPS... I assure you, this is proper battlefield etiquette. I believe he tried to go without looking while I was driving my 1 Ton truck around him and was offended at my actions, I honestly don't know. He rage follows me from the Battlefield Park, through town, across the highway, blows passed an actively attended security checkpoint and trespasses into my gated community to stalk me... defiantly trespassing to actively commit a crime= FELONY. Then he follows me AROUND the lake to a rear parking lot and stops in the middle of the road to continue his intimidation, forcing my neighbors to drive AROUND him on a bridge while he stalks me. Before I hear anything about my gate guard- he is AWESOME. He followed protocol and called the police. The cops followed protocol and maintained a MASSIVE Blue Code of Silence. This guy road rage followed me home to felony trespass and drove away, un-cited before the cops EVEN ASK ME what happened. He is for sure an armed thug, aka off-duty cop. We'll have to wait for discovery on that for confirmation, I bet his first three words out of his mouth to 911 was "I'm Law Enforcement." Ya'll just witnessed a Federal Color of Law violation. Again, by the Pennsylvania State Police... refusing to report crimes. Ya'll like how I tried to report Judge Thomas Campbell breaking the Law by giving an illegal sentence of ARD (record-wipe deferment) to my triple attempted murderer/stabber? This is PAR for course at Pennsylvania State Police, Gettysburg Barracks. What do you expect from cops that lose child rape pics to cover for their real estate racket defrauding Federal HUD money? Have a puke tub ready for this one, America.
