🟢材料:
豬腩肉 - 600克
薑 - 1塊
紹興酒 - 1湯匙
鹽 - 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 - 適量

🟢 做法:
1️⃣ 豬腩洗淨,放入鍋中加水至豬肉面,加入薑片、紹興酒、胡椒粉和鹽,中火煮20分鐘。
2️⃣ 收至汁乾轉小火把豬腩肉煎至金黃。

🟢 Ingredients:
Pork belly - 600 grams
Ginger - 1 piece
Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper - as needed

🟢 Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash the pork belly and place it in a pan. Add water just cover the pork belly. Add ginger slices, Shaoxing wine, pepper, and salt. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
2️⃣ Once the liquid is almost dried out, reduce the heat and pan-fry the pork belly until golden brown.
