Episode 70: George Dickel – Bottled In Bond Aged 11 yrs (Tennessee Whisky – hmm??)

Today we sampled George Dickel Bottled in Bond. This is Tennessee Whisky coming from Cascade Hollow Distillery. George Dickel makes a variety of different Whisky’s and Rye’s. Like all other Tennessee Whisky, it goes through a charcoal filtration process. Dickel however, chills their Whisky first and then it goes through the charcoal filtration process. In 2019 Dickel released a 13 year Bottled in Bond. This year, the 2020 release is a 11 year Bottled in Bond. The MSRP is $36, however it's quite hard to find and in many cases, you can find it above and beyond the standard MSRP.
