Wanted to post this just as an INFORMATIVE/EDUCATION awareness video for Amazon Sellers doing Retail arbitrage DS/FBA ...This video could get flagged by amazon because Dharmesh watches everything I do but honestly this can really help sellers understand AMAZON IS WATCHING YOUR EVERY MOVE and you need to taking WAY MORE SERIOUS if you're an amazon seller because this isn't a game anymore you have to play by the rules if you want to survive on amazon.
In this video I am going over a sellers notes that were actually evaluated by an amazon investigation team for potentially committing FRAUDULENT activity with fake/recycled tracking. This is the reason why so many section 3 suspensions occur. This is the reason why your account gets locked out or you just get hit with the "death sentence" section 3 DS suspension. So I just want to slap sellers in the face today and make sure everyone understands this a real thing, some people have to see it to believe it and know they are going to get in trouble to stop.
I'm also breaking down a random response from amazon on a section 3 DS appeal that happened to state "We will not consider
your submission if your request does not provide evidence that you will no longer pose a risk." ...it didn't say you were banned for life...it didn't say there was 0% chance of funds being released (Even though it previously said that before the last appeal)
It said UNTIL...YOU NO LONGER....POSE A RISK and provide evidence of that! So translation for that...which is what we do...IF you can prove that your company is not going to do a bunch of shady operations and it can GUARANTEE that something like this can never happen that looks suspicious or a fraudulent then you have a chance to get your account AT LEAST reinstated for FBA and maybe some merchant. We help sellers all the time improve and enhance their business so they can actually do that without having to be at amazon's mercy 24/7
