What we know about Destiny 2 Crimson Days so far, including the Crimson Days start date
Though Bungie has confirmed the event will be coming and we have a decent idea of its loot thanks to early leaks, there is no full announcement on what exactly it'll entail, nor certainty the below will make it into the final event.

The Crimson Days start date be will be on the weekly reset of Tuesday, February 13.
There will be a new Crimson Engram you'll receive from a variety of sources (see next section below for more specifics).
Crimson Days looks to place across multiple activities within the game, based on leaked icons, including the Raid:Crimson Doubles looks to return, according to script leaks via Reddit. The 2v2 mode was unique to the event first time round, and saw players gain a buff if their team mate was downed as part of the match. Whether it'll be exactly like this in Destiny 2 remains to be seen.
Whatever else there is, it'll "won't be the same as last time", according to community manager Cozmo on reddit.
