Do you ever rewatch a classic film and realise, oh. That doesn't make as much sense as I remember it making. Because that happened to me quite recently when I rewatched Puss In Boots. Is it just me, or does the first prequel, just. Not gel at all with Puss in any of the other films in the Shrek franchise? Like his personality, his arc, or anything really. Let me explain myself.
