We're in Manacal Valley, Caura, with Harry, a bushman living off-grid in Trinidad and Tobago. Farmer Harry aka Border, moved into Caura on Independence Day 2017. He's a winemaker too; so there's a garden tour then Mr Bat and I sample Harry's prune, balata and cherry wines.
