This cinematic film has been made to help people suffering from mental health issues, and to give the motivation and impetus to make changes in your life. Bulling, abuse, stuck in a rut, lost, stressed, depressed, suicidal, searching for a way out, we hope that this video helps.
Of course, being a motorcycle review channel, we include motorbike content and you can enjoy a great ride with ‘The Ol’ Man’ on his BMW R 18 cruiser, and possibly THE BEST riding audio we have captured to date!
This film is emotional and digs deep, so be prepared, but it is very positive and by example, we hope that watching the Ol Man offers some motivation to all who are searching for it.
The film is very relevant to people from all walks of life and not just motorcycle enthusiasts. Please share as much as you can because if it helps just one person - it will be worth it.
The Ol' Man even gets bare, in his vest, and describes why he trains in the gym with weights to build his muscles as a bodybuilder, and looks like he does, with tattoos and a big beard. You can also see his rare breed Manx Loaghtan sheep, and 3 donkeys, Elvis, Ferrari & Bentley.

We speak to our subscribers regularly and have been told, on many occasions, that our videos are good for a mental boost. This one takes it a step further and focuses on mental health aspects.
The Ol' Mans cousin took his own life a few years ago, and nobody suspected it. If only he had spoken to somebody; maybe things would be different. If you are in that position, please speak to someone; a doctor, a friend, a neighbour, a relative, someone in the gym, someone at school, just don't keep it to yourself.
In the video we visit the beautiful village of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant which is a MUST GO to place if you are visiting the area. It has a couple of pubs, an hotel, Indian Restaurant, Fish & Chip Shop, Craft Shop selling all locally produced items, and a quaint village corner shop. Just like stepping back in time. It is also en-route to the popular Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall.
The Ol Man also stops off at an idillic country church and rests for a while. He is not religious, but enjoys visiting churches as a place of tranquility and architectural history.
