Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates 🥜🍫

I already love dates alone... but these took them to a whole new level! A perfect healthier option for when you're in the mood for something sweet... just try not to eat them all at once! 😂

FULL RECIPE ⬇️

INGREDIENTS
10 Medjool Dates
Peanut butter
~1 cup dark chocolate chips (I used HU gems)
~1 tbsp coconut oil
Flakey salt (I used Maldon Salt)

Note(s): You could use dates that are already pitted but the texture isn't as soft and chewy.

DIRECTIONS
1. Remove the seed from the dates.
2. Fill the dates with peanut butter.
3. Place in the freezer for ~10 minutes.
4. Add coconut oil to the chocolate and melt it down until smooth either in the microwave or the double boiler method.
5. Coat the pb stuffed dates in the chocolate then sprinkle on some flakey salt.
6. Place back in the freezer for another ~10-15 minutes.

Note(s): Store in the fridge and consume within a week.
