Happy Halloween !!!!
Since my last video, it seems everyone wants me to make voice over videos so this is another video with small effort of making donuts in a complete different way. I hope you like it and make these cute and spooky donuts this Halloween.

This video is divided in 3 steps:
Step 1 : Making Donuts
Step 2 : Filling Donuts
Step 3 : Decorating it

Lets see how to make it and the list of ingredients :

Step 1 : Donuts
All purpose flour (2 & 1/2 cups)
Salt to taste
Icing Sugar (1/3 cup)
Instant yeast (1 & 1/2 Tsp)
Warm Milk (180-200 ml)
Add it slowly while kneading the dough so that it forms a ball
Butter (1/4 cup)
Knead until butter is incorporated
Knead it for 6 - 8 min ( or until the dough becomes smooth)
Oil the bowl
Cover & rest it for 2 - 3 hrs
You will see that the dough has doubled in size
Punch it
Flour the surface and roll it out
The thickness should be 1 cm
cut some square donuts for Frankenstein
Mini donuts for mummy and eye balls
Some traditionally shaped donuts and some circles
Cover and rest it for another 45 min - 1 hr
Fry in a medium hot oil until both sides turn golden brown
While frying push the donut in to the oil with your spatula so that air is trapped in it and that will improve the bread texture and become airy
Drain them on wired rack

Eyes :
Some dots of white chocolate on parchment paper
Tap on the surface to smooth en it out
Cut the top of the mini chocolate chip
Place it in the middle so that it looks like a pupil

Ganache :
White chocolate ganache :
Cream (1/4 cup)
Microwave it for 30 sec or put it in sauce pan until tiny bubbles appear
White chocolate (1/2 cup)
Add chocolate in 2 batches
whisk until smooth
Put it in a piping bag
Refrigerate for 20 min so that it gets piping consistency.

Dark chocolate ganache :
Cream (1/4 cup)
Microwave it for 30 sec or put it in sauce pan until tiny bubbles appear
Dark chocolate (1/4 cup)
Add chocolate in 2 batches
whisk until smooth
Put it in a piping bag
Refrigerate for 20 min so that it gets piping consistency.

Pierce the circle, mini and square donuts in all directions.
I have use the back of my blender bland you can use wooden spoon or anything that will create a hole without hampering the donut texture.
Pipe the ganache in all of them.

monster Eye :
Mix purple/ green color in white chocolate
Pipe it on the donut such that it gets dripping effect
Tap on the surface to smoothen it out
Put some colored sugar
( Add 1 tbsp granulated sugar and purple color )
Put eyes on it randomly

Frankenstein

Put green color in white chocolate
dip square donuts
Draw hair, eyebrows and mouth with dark chocolate
Attach eyes

Ghost face :
Dip the circle donut in white chocolate
Attach dark chocolate as pupil on it
Draw a mouth

Marshmallow Ghost :
Take a large Marshmallow
Put 2 mini choco chips as eyes
Draw a mouth
In a microwave safe bowl, add 4 marshmallows
Microwave for 1 - 2 min until it is melted
Drizzle the melted marshmallows over the donuts
Attach marshmallow on the top
Put some more small marshmallows
Blow torch it
( I do not have blow torch so I have used a gas lighter to give the same effect )

Eye balls
Dip mini donuts in white chocolate
put some green chocolate on it to create its iris
Put Dark chocolate as pupil in the center
Using red color draw blood vessels on the eye to make it look more lifelike

Owl :
Dip donuts in dark chocolate
Cut the oreo in half
Attach the Oreos on donut to make it look like eyes
Half the remaining oreo again and attach it so that it looks like eye brows.
Put dark chocolate as pupil
Put halved almond as its beak

Spider :
-Take a small donut hole and coat it with dark chocolate
place it in the center of a donut
Top it with chocolate shavings
Attach eyes using mini white chocolate chips
Draw legs using dark chocolate

Brain :
Mix pink color in white chocolate ganache
Put red color in the piping bag and then put the ganache
Pipe it like brain structure
To make it look more scary, put some red color in the gaps.

Mummy :

Dip mini donut in white chocolate
Attach eyes and pipe white chocolate like it is wrapped around

So that's it guys.. These cute and spooky halloween donuts are ready.
