Nærøydalselva Norway with packraft

This is a long unedited video of packrafting down the calm lower part of Nærøydalselva that ends up in Nærøyfjorden in Gudvangen in Norway. The video ends in Gudvangen in the Nærøyfjord. I decided not to cut away any parts so that viewers can fast forward and see all the parts of the river. Most of the video cuts were made to cut away cleaning of the GoPro lens. Because of the rain I went for keeping the lens wet. This is done by licking the lens and rinsing it with water. This keeps a thin even layer of water on the lens glass. The rain drops integrate into this layer of water, and keeps the quality of the video good. I splash water on the lens every 2-3 minutes. I check and clean the lens every 5 min. The video is unfocused due to droplets between 15 and 16 min.

To film the rolling , I use a vented helmet strap to mount the GoPro to the bow of the packraft.
