Make this shake in a flash, simply cut off the burnt edges and add chocolate ice cream, milk, espresso powder and Baileys Irish Cream to your blender. 150g Leftover burnt cake
6 scoops Chocolate ice cream (or ice cream of your choice)
100ml Baileys
150ml milk
2 Tsps. Espresso powder
75ml double cream – for whipping

Trim the burnt edges from the cake and discard. Cut the remaining cake into chunks and tip into a blender, leaving 2 tsps aside for decoration.
Add the ice cream, Baileys and milk to the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into large glasses and crumble over the remaining cake, to serve
