Brian Jonestown Massacre-"Whoever You Are" Live/Cleveland Intro

A quick intro of my personal trip to Cleveland where I unfortunately missed the show at the Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame, and it was Antons birthday... I get there, to find quickly it's over, and I missed it. Next thing I see is the band moving gear into their van. I was planning on seeing them in Chicago the next night,. But my first meeting with Anton, he was in a wheel chair, talking to another guy in a wheel chair... I really didn't know if something had happened or what. Tripped me out to say the least. Some of the guys in the band informed me "oh were going to another place to play a much longer, better, funner show!" I was still upset, but fuck yeah! Still get to see em on Antons birthday, and he had asked on the website for people to bring vdieo recorders. Anyway, apparently Anton had a bad night in Detroit the previous night, they all did it sounded like. Anton's voice was shot. He fucked up his leg somehow (hence the wheel chair) and had been nicked in the face by a bottle. He actually hit me like he said the bottle hit him, pretty fucking close it seemed. Anyway, there were plenty of strange, fun, totally off the cuff general mayhem at this point... all nice guys. Great time. I drove up from florida. the band asked if I was running drugs... This is just my little video... hope people enjoy it.
