But every body once in life might tried Searching all the possible resources for finding out what a healthy diet really means?
That which will help you to stay in natural state of wholeness in which you are balanced and happy in every way.
That means, your appetite is good
Your bodily tissues and process are functioning normally
our body, mind and senses remain in full enthusiasm.

#What’s Mind body type?
This is a combination of three #fundamental principles called #doshas #vata #pitta and #kapha
Which silently govern thousands of mental and physical processes in each one of us.
These three doshas are the basic governing agents of nature.
Each dosha have specific functions and qualities.
And these doshas combine in different permutations and combinations to give more than 60 types of mind body types.
IT is determined by the proportion of the doshas naturally present in the individual.
These types include many types of #psychophysiological characteristics that give you important information about your tendencies and health needs.

Here are some of the predominant mind body types.
• Vata-pitta
• Pitta-vata
• Pitta-kapha
• Kapha-pitta
• Vata-kapha
• kapha-vata
• Vata-pitta-kapha

#Characteristics when vata pitta or kapha dominate in the physiology.
Vata
• Lighter, thinner build
• Performs activity quickly.
• Tendency towards dry skin especially in winter
• Aversion to cold weather
• Irregular hunger and digestion
• Quick to grasp new information, also quick to forget
• Tendency towards worry
• Tendency towards constipation
• Tendency towards light and interrupted sleep
• Enthusiastic and vivacious by nature
• Walks quickly
• Difficulty making decisions
• Or often change s mind
• Talkative

#Pitta
• Moderate build
• Performs activity with medium speed
• Aversion to hot weather
• Perspires easily
• Prefers cold food and drink
• Sharp hunger and digestion
• Can’t skip medium time to grasp information
• Medium memmory
• Strong intellect
• Great precision and organisation
• Tendency towards reddish hair and complexion,moles and freckles
• Good public speaker
• Tendency towards irritability and anger
• Enterprising and sharp in character

#Kapha
• Solid, heavier build
• Gains weight easily
• Greater strength and endurance
• Oily, smooth skin
• Slow digestion,mild hunger
• Can skip lunch with out significant discomfort
• Tranquil, steady personality
• Slow to grasp new information, slow to forget
• Slow to become excited or irritated
• Sleep is heavy and long
• Hair is plentiful, thick and wavy
• Tendency to excess mucous chronic congestion,sinus problems and allergies
• Tendency towards lethargy and depression
• Performs activity slowly
• Sweet and happy by nature
These are some of the predominant characteristics

And not necessary that you have all the above mentioned characteristics of a particular dosha
Mostly you will find a combination of many different characteristics
The more points you score from the individual dosha, that will be your predominant dosha
And the next higher score will be your next dosha in order and the least will come at the end.

No person is mono doshic
The person should follow the diet chart which pacify their predominant dosha
The digestive power of the person will be according to the predominant dosha which will vary accordingly.
Also there may be variations in the above said characteristics due to imbalance in the doshas
So you might have got an idea about your mind body type.
