Ingredients List-
about 200-250 gm Fenugreek Leaves( मेथी)
1 tbsp Desi Ghee( देसी घी)
2+1/2 Cup Wheat flour( गेंहू का आटा)
2 tbsp Gram Flour( बेसन)
1 tbsp Crushed Ginger Chilli Paste( अदरक हरी मिर्च)
Salt to taste( नमक स्वादानुसार)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder( लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder( हल्दी पाउडर)
1/2 tsp Garam Masala( गरम मसाला)
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds( अजवाइन)
1 tsp Coarse Fennel Powder( दरदरी सौंफ)
2 tbsp Curd( दही)
Water as required( पानी आवश्यकतानुसार)
1 tsp Desi Ghee for kneading dough( देसी घी )

Tomato Chatni Ingredients-
6 Medium Size Tomatoes( टमाटर )
2 Green Chilli( हरी मिर्च)
1/2 inch Ginger( अदरक)
2 tbsp Oil( तेल)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds( जीरा)
1 tsp Fennel Seeds( सौंफ)
1 Pinch Black Cumin( कलौंजी)
2 Pinch Asafoetida( हींग)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder( हल्दी पाउडर)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder( लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
1 tsp Coriander Powder( धनिया पाउडर)
Salt to taste( नमक स्वादानुसार)
1/4 Cup jaggery ( गुड़)
1/2 tsp Garam Masala( गरम मसाला)
